Delete your Ridex account

You can request deletion of your Ridex account in the app or by contacting support.
1. Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the Ridex app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Under Privacy, tap Delete account.
- Enter your password and confirm.
You will be signed out once the request is recorded.
2. Request by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@ridex.ma from the address linked to your Ridex account. Include your name and a clear deletion request. We may ask you to verify your identity.
3. What happens next
- Your profile is hidden immediately from other users.
- Related pending trips and bookings are cancelled.
- Your trip alerts are removed.
- Unused wallet balance is forfeited when deletion is scheduled.
- Personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless required by law or an ongoing dispute.
- Ridex may keep an anonymized activity record for safety and legal compliance.
4. Cancel deletion
Within the 30-day grace period, sign in again with the same account to automatically restore access.

Some information may be kept where required by law (fraud, reports, authority requests). See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
